my daughter hasnt used her flex 2 in a while since she got a apple watch . it hasnt been on a charger in over a year or so. my son wanted to use in so i placed it on the charger and no lights lit up . i tried the reset .. nothing happened. maybe its just too dead. i am not sure .has this issue happened to anyone else.?

Hi @pthewildflower since the battery was dead for so long, it might take some coaxing to get it back to life. First, try a restart of the device - click for directions. In case your son wants to learn more about the Flex 2, here is the link - click - to the user manual and related articles. Sometimes these devices don't revive, but keep restarting it and leave it on the charger. I've seen posts on the forum where people have left a Flex on the charger for a day and it slowly started to charge again. Let us know what happens.

I totally forgot about it , but it’s been on the charge since this morning . Hopefully it will spring back to life . I have tried restarting it with clicking the button on the charger 3x no vibration anything just cross my fingers and we shall see ! Thank you
