my flex 2 does not allow to enter on the info

my flex 2 does all the recordings, steps, km, calories, mins,hours of sleep but does not allow me to have the underneath informations, ex total weekly,total montly ect.

i have already tried to restart my mobile and restart my fitbit but no luck

Hello @Dadooo your flex only has lights and will not display any of the info you are asking about. 

Are you asking about your Fitbit app on some type of phone.
