"No Device Found"

When trying to sync my Flex my phone states "No Device Found"  WHY???  HELP!

This is what I did. I put the piece in the charger and plugged it in. While
it was plugged in I took a paperclip and stuck it in a tiny hole in the
charger and reset it. When it was charged I put it back in the bracelet and
it worked. I have had to do this twice. My thought is if I use it
consistently I won't have to reset it.

I had the same issue this morning.  Was fully charged yesterday.  Now dead. Cannot find device. Was flashing 2 lights on both sides of the device for a while, until I quickly triple tapped.  then completed it's sync.  But now it's not charging and says battery very low.

I have a charge 3 and the charger for that. I have no hole on the back of the charger. Am I missing something?

I’m so sorry but I am not familiar with the charge 3. I would suggest looking all over every inch of it to see if there is a way to reset.

I gave up on Fit Bit! They were non responsive to me so they apparently
are happy as they are without me.

I tried this today with my old Zip fitbit. Instead of using a paperclip I had to remove the battery and then replace it after about 20 seconds. But then it worked! I did everything else as elcute described above. Thanks for your instructions! Fingers crossed it stays syncing!
