Been having lots of trouble getting my flex 2 to sync. I've used All-day sync, Always Connected, in various combinations. Done resets. Turned off Android phone. Sometimes get message that Fitbit is down for maintenance (seen that too often lately). On Dec. 3 saw calories as main goal even though I didn't change anything.
If support isn't happening for a discontinued product (I love the simplicity of flex 2), then I will probably look elsewhere for next tracker.

Hi @Petronella What phone are you using? Isnit on the Supported Devices List ?
