That sounds like a cool product. Where did you get it?

It's probably an app running on a smartphone. I'm using something similar, called Stopwatch Timer (by Javier Salmona), on my Android phone. I use it to time pauses between sets during strength training. It was suggested to me on this forum. The app used to be called "Hybrid Stopwatch". It's free, but you can get rid of ads by paying a one-time fee (€1.30).

In that case, I just use the interval feature of the Timex Ironman series watches.
Now different lines do different things, but the 50 lap version I have has stopwatch of course with 50 laps, countdown timer with a stop alarm or beep warning and start the stopwatch at end, and interval timer.
The interval timer is nice, up to 9 intervals, with number of repeats or constant repeat.
So I jog/walk for training runs, Int 1 set to 2:20, 4, 9 min, or whatever I'm using, Int 2 set to 1:00 min, repeat at end.
And it will do that the entire run. Letting you know how many reps, and what Int you are on. Do have to do some math for total time though, but I keep my intervals equaling 10 min blocks, so easy enough.
Like a 3 beep tone going to the next interval, if dark out light flashes too.
Constant beeping like alarm (might eventually stop, not sure) to hit button, when Int 1 starts again.
Can pause at stop lights as needed.
Tad difficult hearing the 3 beep tone with cars on wet street tonight, so went over my 9 min run several times, but otherwise water proof and works great.

The Map My Run app also has an interval training feature which could be used for this. Then you could track both your distance as well as how many sets of pushups you were doing.
