12 Days of Fitness

OK, Fitbitters, lets close out 2018 with a 12 Days of Fitness Challenge.  

 

Every Day from December 13 to 23 I will post a new exercise (all stolen from the challenge of the same name run by my gym).  Start with Day 1 and complete the exercise.  On subsequent days, complete that day's exercise as well as all previous days exercises, just like the song

 

If you find this after December 13 just do a few multiple days (day 1 and day 2 or more on your first day for example) until you catch up, or just complete it after Christmas.

1 Minute Total of Russian Twists.  

2 Minutes Total of Plank Pushups 

3 Minutes Total of Bodyweight Squats or Wall Squats.  

4 Minutes Total of Jumping Jacks 

Reverse Lunges. 

6 V-Passes 

7 Alternating V-UPs.

 

More than half way there.

Yes it is allergy season! I saw my dr yesterday who gave me some cortisone tablets so it is amazingly better today. Just been out on my bike and enjoyed it!

1 Minute Total of Russian Twists.  

2 Minutes Total of Plank Pushups 

3 Minutes Total of Bodyweight Squats or Wall Squats.  

4 Minutes Total of Jumping Jacks 

Reverse Lunges. 

6 V-Passes 

7 Alternating V-UPs.

8 Pushups with cross overs.  I used a bosu ball for this, but you could use anything that elevates one of your hands.

I had to use my Exercise ball as that's all I have. Wasn't easy and not pretty but oh well 🙂

@WendyB — you’ve been doing great on this challenge.  Changing the rows to knees on the floor without weights or subbing wall pushups would possible alternatives if you decide to finish the last couple of days.  But if not, no worries.  I know you already have a solid daily workout routine.  This is just a little extra variation.

Thank you @Baltoscott for this challenge.  It was definitely a challenge for me - but I did it!  Although I did not post daily under this discussion, I did do them and posted them under the "Dancing December Step Challenge and Scavenger Hunt" discussion.
