26 and resting heart rate at 57 is that okay?

Hey guys I have just started getting into excerise again as I have had a scare few months back thinking I was having a heart attack, but been checked and my heart is fine it gave me a big wake up call about changing my life style so I have started to do 45 aerobic exercise a day and have lost over a stone in weight my resting heart beat was at 68bpm but not gone down to just over 50 is that okay or should I be concerned?

That your RHR decreased as you shed extra weight and improved your fitness level was to be expected. Nothing to worry about IMO.
