And I never left my home.
Every single step was dancing (hip hop/zumba like) and walking and jogging in my house while I was watching TV and doing chores. Quite honestly, I just wanted to see how many steps I could get in the course of a day if I kept moving the majority of the day since I see so many threads doubting people's step counts. I could have easily made it to 30,000 because I had a few 1/2 to 1 hr periods where I took a break and sat down the entire time.
My job can be pretty sendentary sometimes, so there is no way I will get these steps when I'm working, but there's no reason I can't strive for higher numbers on my off days. There's also no reason for me to say I didn't get my steps in because I couldn't go to the gym, or go out for a walk, or even get my lazy butt on my elliptical, because all I need to do is get up and dance.
No excuses people. No excuses.

@yldthng Awesome Job! Thank you for sharing this with us because there's time for everything and as you mentioned there are no excuses while you're doing something you could also try to walk or just dance and get as many steps as you can.
