I'm starting with a weight loss goal of 30 pounds and than work towards 70 pounds lost by this time next year I know I can do this just need all the support and motivation as I really want this to happen I'm tired of being fat and over weight, I'd like to be able to wear smaller clothes by this time next year.

I started getting really serious in January ..... NO scale for me-that just plays games with my head! I feel SO much better and clothes are fitting that had not. I "retired" from a work from home job in January that kept me sitting at a computer all week ..... no activity = not good for my health. Time now to walk and go to the gym. 🙂

Don't think only of the long term goal. Think of the baby steps you need to take each day. Less pressure that way. It's a life style change. Hard to change habits and create new ones. I am happy to have joined this community.
