Hi! 1975 was a GREAT year because we were born! Who wants to join me in losing weight, feeling great and starting our 40s on the best note possible? My birthday is October 28 and I would like to lose the last 30 lbs by my 40th birthday. If it happens before then, great, but that's my target! Who wants to join me?
Initial plan of action:
10,000 steps a day
30-60 minutes of intense cardio or weight training daily
90% clean eating (veg, protein, healthy fats, fruit) with one "Free To Be Me Day" per week
Daily gratitude for 3 experiences
100 ounces of water daily
Reporting back to this group at least once per week for accountability and support!

Nope...was totally in acceptance phase but just got in the worst fight I've ever been in with a man and now it's just over...I'm out
