Did you mean:

40 freestyle lengths of the pool = 2i5 calories?

Got to be a joke, surely? Other watches I've worn doing fewer lengths of the pool record twice or even three times as many calories. But with my new Fitbit Charge 4 the calories for swimming are way down.

How can 40 full lengths (freestyle) be just 215 calories? How? Anyone else getting such ridiculous figures?

I'm new to wearing Fitbit while swimming but so far it has recorded 44 lengths as 198 cals and 42 lengths as 191 cals. Whereas an hour of yoga was 255 cals and an hour of pilates was 184 cals. Like you, I'm baffled!

Same here. just done 48 freestyle lengths of the pool but my new Fitbit thingy shows only = 215 calories. How can that be right? Especially compared to my other activities: walking, bike, etc. In comparison my other (less difficult) activities show many more calories expended.

Seems no one here thinks this is odd. Except me and you, this seems non-controversial, normal, for we've had no comment from others. Maybe I should post this query in an another section? Or maybe we're over-reacting? Or as I say maybe this is not weird, perfectly normal and accurate?

I don't think it can be right. My body knows I expend much more energy on
swimming than I do on yoga! It might be worth posting elsewhere to see if
anyone has any thoughts about it? As I say, I've only just started using a
new fitbit when swimming, so I have nothing to compare it to. It's
frustrating though!

Yep I agree, so later I will draft another query about this and post it where it might get seen. Hopefully someone will have an answer.
