50/65% tracked Peak Zones for my runs, is this normal?

I've had my fitbit charge HR for around 10 months now. I have been checking my runs recently and most of them seem like im in my peak zone for more than half of them, is this healthy?

Im 35 and about 10 pounds overweight for my height.

My runs are normally 45/50mins on my treadmill. Normally walk for 4mins as a warm up, then run for 16mins at 10.2kph, 4mins walk, an up it again to 10.4kph for 8mins, then 10.8kph for 6mins, an finish with the last 2mins at 12kph.

Im normally breathing heavy for about 1 or 2mins as I do a 4/5 min walk cool down.

I try and do that 4 times a week, mostly 3 amd i might skip a week hear and there, but from what Ive been reading it might be abit much.

Should i cut this down to 2 a week?

I feel fine when doing the 10.2kph run and dont be much outa breath. Last night I changed it up and ran the full 32mins at 10.2kph and felt good, but then started walking for 90secs to running 13kph for 90secs, only managed 2 sets before calling it a night.

Anyway, should i tone it down abit with the peak zone percentage?

Thanks.
