I have a Fitbit Inspire 3. I am 75 years, female, in good health.
is there any way to conduct the 6 Minute Walk Test using the Fitbit app and data. I am interested in distance (gps), heart rate data, and oxygen (if possible).
The purpose is to see if there is an improvement over time.
any ideas?

@BugoftheNorth I did a search to learn more about the 6 Minute Walk test. MedicalNewsToday describes it in everyday language. The steps used in its measurement are very specific and it is supposed to be done indoors. You wrote that you are in good health, but this test seems to be geared for people with heart or lung conditions. Since it is supposed to be done indoors, you can't replicate it with your inspire 3 and GPS. Your GPS is unreliable indoors.
Here is an idea. You can use your Inspire 3 with GPS outside and you should do this on level ground. There are settings with each shortcut to let you set a goal for the workout. My Sense 2 doesn't let me set a 6 minute time goal, so I'm pretty sure your Inspire 3 won't, either. My Sense 2 lets me set a 0.5 mile distance goal. The top normal distance is just under 0.5 mi. You get vibrations on your Fitbit when you are halfway and when you reach your goal. You will need to monitor your progress by completing the distance in less time. You will get your heart rate data. You can't measure oxygen. Fitbit only does this when sleeping.
I hope this helps. Please come back if you have more questions.

Hello @BugoftheNorth . It would be nice to share your activities with other users. Are you already in any group? It's nice to share your activities even if you are not in competition. If you want, I'll introduce you to some groups. Or you can make your own group.
