Did you mean:

60+ pounds later, fell off the wagon (by 5 pounds) & BACK AT IT

22 years old and have been on a fitness journey since Thanksgiving 2014. I have PCOS, anxiety, depression, permanent shin splints, weak ankles, bad joints in my back, and off track knee caps. Doctor's told me I could only walk 20 minutes a day - BOY WERE THEY WRONG!

AT THE BEGINNING - I started with small changes. Solely began with what I ate and drank. After 20 pounds down, I than began working out and feeling like I could actually move around again. I than dove head first in. Fast forward to 60+ pounds down, and I got comfortable. I gained self confidence and started losing my structure - slowly but surely. I noticed all my body changes, the bloating from lack of water and eating bad foods. I gained 5 pounds, a lot of exhaustion and laziness. Now, here I am - BACK AT IT - GOING BACK TO BASICS. Which this fitbit comes in handy for, now I can log all my foods, excersise, etc. CONSISTENCY IS KEY

Anyway, my goal is to hit my 75 pounds lost mark, which will also put me well into ONEderland (it has been a while lol), and I am working towards getting into calisthenics.
