I'm looking for a good replacement for my Fitbit Force..but I can't find a comparable product. I bought the Samsung fit..and returned it the next day....seems like the Force so awesome ..except for this nasty dark spot it has left on my wrist.
I bought a Flex with the refund...but in less than a Day I lost it because the claps has such a bad design that it fell off...and I don't feel like keep buying them. I wish they used a watch style claps..that just won't pop off.

@Vswindell I've not had a problem with the clasp on my Flex. Pretty much all the competitor's out there use a similar clasp, if the images shown online are any indication. Forums for other devices have people complaining about their clasps.
There is something being done to replace the Force, but it might be a while yet before it's released. You can imagine they will be testing it and then going through all the usual pre-release marketing and such.
Did you get with customer service about having lost the Flex? I know they like to know about such cases.

I have really enjoyed my fitbit flex - but - I need a watch. I often chair meetings that must start on time & end in a timely manner. I have tried wearing my watch on my dominant wrist - awkward, I have tried using my phone but must waken it for time which interupts my focus.
So I am looking at alternatives to fitbit as they have been so slow developing a substitute for the force. Have decided I can wait till mid-Sept when those groups that have been dark for the summer resume, then must move on.
BTW no problems at all w/clasp.

You may want to have a look at the new Runtastic Orbit. Here is a review of it:

Looks very similar to the Fitbit Flex. Runtastic has strong credentials with their running app, which makes their new activity tracker more interesting than those from hardware companies.

Was just going to recommend the Orbit. I will be ordering mine soon. Will miss the Fitbit community, but not their shoddy products.

Sorry to hear about your experience with Fitbit (I guess you're talking about the Force). I've been very happy with my One.
It would be nice if you could keep us posted about your experience with the Orbit, especially as compared to the Fitbit.
