I recently purchased a Charge HR 2, to keep track of the amount of calories I burn throughout the day.
Not including my BMR I had burnt approximately 2200 calories over the space of 7 hours working, with the intensity of work varying at times with my heart rate varying from 70-120bpm and approximately 18000 steps taken. Does this seem reasonably accurate?

Hard to say without knowing your age, height and weight (we only know you’re a guy). You can use an online calculator such as this one to double-check the numbers. I’d say 18k steps would put you somewhere around "high" (for activity level).
