I have the Fitbit Surge and track all of my activities every day, I love the challenges as the competition is a great motivator to me, but as I cycle alot, do a lot of gym work and run my steps are not that high even though my active minutes and calories burned are, it would be great if we could get a challenge that goes off of active minutes, time in fat burn or cadio or calories burned vs calories consumed or something?
I work very hard with my health and fitness but steps are just not so much of a driver for me anymore as I know I get a lot more out of smashing out 40-50km on a bike and an hour of weights (Maybe 5-6000 steps in total) than i would from going for an hours walk 10000+ steps??
Any chance of this happening?

This is perfect. An addition like this to the FitBit world would be awesome. I always lose competitions because some of my friends like to take looooong walks. Where as I usually lift weights, cycle, or do various stationary ab exercises.

I’m in full agreement and hope an active minutes challenge will be made soon!
