Any Boflex users

I'm currently walking 4 or more miles a day and doing my Boflex Blaze 3 to 4 times a week. It depends on the week how many days I get in. Because I do every other day they can get off and I sometimes get more in. 

Just curious if anyone else is doing a boflex or things like it.  Today happens to be weight days so my walking will be less than 6 miles. On non weight days my goal is a 10K a day walking.

I'm just starting to get back into a good exercise routine over the past week, but here's what I use.

 

I have a Bowflex Sport that I bought years ago while stationed in Japan... from what I can tell, it's only slightly different than the Blaze.  Normal routine is about a 20 minute workout 3 times per week.  For the "getting back into the routine" phase (because I all-too-often seem to get out of the routine), I do a similar workout to what's in the manual.  Once I'm lifting regularly, though, I have a custom workout that I use via the JeFit app that focuses on different muscle groups each day, rather than the same workout all week long.

 

For cardio, I also have the Bowflex Max Trainer M5, but I'm not back up to the point to where I can do the Max Interval workouts yet... so for now, I do the Steady State workouts for 15 or 20 minutes.

 

Indoor cardio is varied between the Max Trainer, a treadmill, and a recumbant bike.  Outdoor, walking/jogging/biking when weather permits.  The wife and I have also been doing monthly 5Ks since late last year.
