Congrats on staying active! I'm a new mom with 2 kids under years old. I ran up to the 5th month of my first pregnancy, and haven't really been back... I've been nursing or pregnant ever since. Walking or ellipticals are about the most impactful exercise I'm comfortable with while nursing- although I know some people have no issues with running and nursing. I'm hoping to get back at it in the next few months, but it's a slow process!
