I am interested in starting the Andy Frisella 75-day challenge, but would love to have a virtual partner or partners to help keep me motivated and also for me to encourage them on their journeys. The five components of the challenge are:
1. Drink a gallon of water per day;
2. Follow a healthy diet plan of your choice;
3. Workout twice per day - 45 minutes each day, but one session must be outdoors (and can include walking);
4. Read 10 pages of a book per day; and
5. Take a progress picture everyday.
The main purpose of the challenge is to establish mental toughness, but also has many added health benefits. Let me know if you are interested. I am new to NYC and thus don't have any friends in the area with whom I can start the challenge. Thanks.

Sorry I have not responded for a couple of days. I am battling with new insurance to get my autoimmune disease medication. I think the doctor and I have a Plan A and a Plan B now, so I feel relieved.
Would tomorrow be too soon to start? If so, would Monday work?
