Yep!  I will be doing a 70.3 in Sept. 2014 also and a couple of sprint & oly distances in June & July.  Which one are you racing?

how does one train for an ironman 70.3??  at 50 something years of age and i have always wanted to compleat one so how do i start trainnig i do mud runs now how do i bring my body to the next level
