Anyone trying the Ellington Darden 30-30-30 negative training program?

I just bought the book:

The Body Fat Breakthrough: Tap the Muscle-Building Power of Negative Training and Lose Up to 30 Poun...

 

I've finished reading it and think it sounds like a great way to burn fat and create muscle.I've done more aerobics and walking, not as much strength training.

 

Has anyone lese bought this book or tried this food program and training method?
