Anyone using an air resistance bike?

ANSWERED

What kind of information are you entering?

Are you making any adjustments to the step count (Charge 2)?

Since you have to use your arms and legs, how do you identify your workout using an air resistance bike?

Hi @Rosemme,

I just log it as Spin, or Workout mode if I'm doing spinning also. The calories burned will come through with the heart rate. There's not much else to log.

I keep the steps whatever they are. If it's under-counted or over-counted isn't important to me. What is important is seeing the HR data and calories burned.

Work out...eat... sleep...repeat!
