Lower back pain recovery, after the holidays I started to do cardio exercises with a heartrate monitor for min. 45min and added TRX suspension beginners core strengthening exercises as a startup. Am contemplating to purchase the DVD Biomechanics Healthy back. Can use tips and advice to get a healthier back and core muscles.
