Are there any BBG girls on here?

New to FitBit! I'm still getting the hang of it but if there are any girls/guys doing Kayla Itsine's BBG we should connect!

Hi! I am doing BBG. I got to week 7 about 3 weeks ago then fell off the wagon from being on vacations and eating like crap. I just started Guide 1 Week 1 this week!

Awesome! I've had to restart too I just finished week 5 I have to say the Fitbit is a great motivator for LISS. And being more active in general !

I've been doing BBG with my roommate and just recently got a fitbit to hopefully help motivate me to keep going. I just finished week 4

Is this work out program affective? Does it help motivate? How long do the work out last?

 

I've tried several workout guides and videos with little results, so I am always open to trying new work outs and vidoes. Any comments about it, the website makes it look amazing, but that is what it is supposed to do!! HAHA

Hi! It is only as effective as you make it. You need to definitely stay committed and accountable and this includes with the way you eat. You can't out work a bad diet. That is the most difficult thing to change. I am at the end of week 3 and can already see small changes. I can't wait to see how I look/feel at the end of it! I would say go for it, if you need any motivation- let me know!

Eating right isn't the hard part for me, I eat very healthy, but for some reason my body just wants to hold on to the weight. I walk and try to keep up with my exercise, but it gets hard. Hopefully this will work for me to!! Thank you for the recommendation and your opinion on the work out!!

Did you do pretraining?  How are you logging your BBG workouts in Fitbit? I created custom activities but maybe there's a better way.

I didn't do pretraining...I don't actually have those workouts and I was fairly active before.  I logged my workout yesterday by holding the button down on the side to count the workout and then categorized it as "circuit training".  I also feel like there must be a better way!  I just figured this way I'd capture my heart rate throughout those 30 mins.
