I'm in my early 40's and have my youngest at home, she is 14. It's been a tough week.

I am 49 years old with 4 children 2 at home, 14 and 15 and 2 older, along with 4 grandgirls, I live in Sacramento, CA . Trying to find time to feed myself correctly and workout is almost impossible. But, I am trying again. I have been watching what I eat (hard to do when I am so picky and hauling my kids around to sports and horses). I have been trying to eat high protein and low carbs and was very frustrated today when I looked at the food percent's and found out I have not been doing so good. I have been eating salads, and meat. Then I found out that vegetables show up under the carbs category and I felt better (if new this but forgot and lumped everything together under CARBS), I am eating carbs but good carbs! I have been setting the timer on my fitbit to go off every hour to get up and walk at least the 250 steps and walk up the 3 flights of stairs at my office.

I just turned 50 😞 and have a 17 year old son at home. I also have a 21 year old daughter away at college. The difference between the 2 are staggering and I am not sure which one is easier!
