If you’re serious about getting reliable blood pressure readings, you should consider a dedicated device you put around your upper arm. If you’re interested in having your BP date automatically collected for you (like steps with your Fitbit tracker, or weight / body fat% if you have a Fitbit Aria), I can recommend the Withings Blood Pressure Monitor, which connects to your smart device over Bluetooth and uploads data to your Withings account. I wish Fitbit had their own blood pressure monitor and could have BP data under my Fitbit account, but since they don’t, I’m doing it with two separate accounts. No big deal.

Monitoring my BP has been part of my morning routine for the past two years and I’m starting to have historical data:

The Withings app (Health Mate) calculates monthly averages for systolic and diastolic pressure and I’m using a Google Docs sheet to keep track of it.

Hi @Teddy357 and welcome to the forums.

You might want to do a comparison of trackers at this link - click to go there

The only thing we don't have is blood pressure readings, but I'm sure you'll find enough features to suit your needs.

There is also a chat feature where you can ask a product specialist to help you pick a device. Let us know if you have any questions.
