Has anyone every used the BodyBlade? Have your entered it into your custom workouts on your dashboard.

When I was in physical therapy to rehab a should injury I used one, I am afraid I can't give you specific advice on logging it for calorie burn. I logged the PT workouts as "strength training, light to moderate effort" since that is what they were. (Also, those workouts were focussed on the upper body which don't burn as many calories). I think it would depend what exercises you are doing and what your overall program is like. What are you doing with the blade?
