When I started in the fall of 2014 I weight a lot !!! Now I'm happy with my weight. 175. I have done varied exercises to keep it "Fresh"
Primarly I am a runner and enjoy that the most. But I cross train, cycling, weights, walking, hikes. I live near the AT (Appalachian Trail) and take full advantage of that. We also have quiter a few battlefield close by. I love running the Manassas Battlefield National Park. But I also look for alternatives.
I've just completed learning all six dance routines of a DVD program - CIZE. Shaun-T, got to say that, a) I enjoyed it, B) found it challenging, C) fun, D) and a very good work out for a non running/rainy day.
I just finished routine #6 fully for the first time this morning. 628 calories, :42 min peak, :17 min cardio :02 fat burning. WIth cool down about an hour.
When I started trying to loose weight, I used Hip Hop abs and as heavy as I was, it was easy on my knees. I had successful weight loss from that one as well.

Just curious about your age and height. I'm 49, 6'0" and my long term goal is to hit 175. I can't imagine being that small, and since you are there, what's it feel like????
Great effort man! I hope to join you at 175 by the end of the year. I've lost 66 lbs, and 32 to go...

I'm 66YO 5'8.5" I started more than 265. I got as low as 166, but I felt that was too low. 175 feels about right for me and what I do. Probaby by this fall, I will go back to the 160's - longer runs and at least 2 half marathons and possibly full - haven't decided on that yet. Normally I run 10K to 10 milers. Not fast and not pretty. Goal is always to finish under the alloted time and not finish last - so far successful
