Hi I have recently got a flex fitbit and also a Ultra Slim Vibration platform machine.
Now I do a fair amount of walking throughout the day, I live on property surrounded by mountains and bush and have plenty of animals to look after as well.
Now for 9 years I was gaining weight and in a lot of physical problems - which turned out that an ovarian cyst was the culprit. Have lost nearly20 kg in the last 18 months and need to tone.
I cannot figure out how to log my sessions on my machine, which after just 2 workouts really feels like its helping me.
I am also diabetic (insulin dependent) type 2, and again for the past 18 months my blood sugar levels are non diabetic range.
My goal is to get to 95kg (from 120) am currently 102.4kg.

Hi, @Mirrabook, you can create a "custom acitivty" for your vibration platform and then manually log your sessions. Instructions here .
