Hello,

I was wondering if there is a way on the App (iPhone) that allows you to see your daily protein/carb/fat intake. I want to know those numbers and they are equally important to me as calories. Is that available on the app yet? Or am I just overlooking where it is?

I don't think the app shows the nutritional breakdown of your food intake. But you can certainly use the browser on your phone to navigate to fitbit.com, sign-on to your account and look at the make up of your food intake following a successful sync. You can leave that web page open if you like for ready access throughout the day. Hope this helps. Have a nice day.

Yes.  Go to the log section on your dashboard. From there you can get to the food area.  As you enter what you eat throughout the day, it keeps a running record of protein, carbs, fat, etc.  It may seem like a little work at first, but entering what you eat for each meal and snacks, and seeing a detailed breakdown, including total calories consumed as you go through the day, I find it is motivating--even fun--and it gets easier as you do it. Hope that helps.

In the dashboard, is there a way to display nutritional information for several days in a row vs 1 day at a time.  I'd like to see how fat, carb and protien intake changes over time in one nice and easy to view chart.

I just link myfitnesspal to the Fit Bit dashboard.  Myfitnesspal breaks everythign down and gives reports without having to pay for premium. Works great for me.

We also need the computer "dashboard" graphs to include a plot of protein intake versus time!  Dashboards now show calories and weight trends over time, but protein also is very improtant to strength and fitness.  A protein "dashboard" would let us monitor this vital diet component as we are reducing our calorie consumption.

Yes!  Clearly protein intake is very important as we reduce our overall food intake, in order to improve  fitness.
