Cardio fitness

I don't know if this is the right place to ask but I'm really confused. I got a Fitbit in July and from the start was in the highest category for cardio fitness, it's changed to day to fair to average. Should I be worried?

Hello @Mats. and welcome to the Community.  I moved your post to the Get Moving forum.  It's one of the Health & Wellness forums and I think it is a better fit for your question.  This Help article has more information about Fitbit's cardio fitness score.  According to Fitbit's method for estimating it, your cardio fitness score is most accurate from GPS tracked runs.
