Hi
I'm wanting to lose weight, but I'm unsure which zone is best for this when doing my workouts.
Should I be aiming for most time in Cardio, Fat Burn or Peak?
I'm thinking I should be keeping my workouts in Fat Burn zone, would you agree?

@Unwin666 no, I would not agree. The Fat Burning Zone is where a higher percentage of the calories burned are thought to come from stored fat. If you increase your effort and enter the other Zones, a smaller percentage of the calories you burn may come from fat, but you are burning more calories overall.
Another thing to keep in mind is that weight loss mainly happens in the kitchen, not the gym. If your main goal is to lose weight, it's important to look at what you are eating and how much of it, as well.

Although I do eat healthy, now I've hit 50 my body shape has altered. I want to ensure my workouts are having the best impact for me.
