Time to break out the stop watch and "step it up" No cheating. Do the challenge and post your steps you take. Please no running!!
I just did this and achieved 62 steps in 30 seconds but overall doing this with a timer and watching the steps was difficult i ended up doing it twice, increasing my steps well over 200. Challenge worked for me.

There is alot of research being done right now on short duration-high intensity workouts. I know of one involving a one minute burst on a stationary bike three times a day for four times a week. Mind you, this is full out as though you were sprinting. The last I heard this was all the exercise you needed to do for a week. See "The truth about exercise with Michael" by Michael Moseley, British physician and technical writer. It's 30 min documentary available at PBS.
did you do this in place or walk around? I was walking around and messed up a few times giving me a huge over all total.
