Charge 4 - Customize exercise shortcuts

I am unable to add a custom exercise (Pickleball) to my exercise list.  There is no option to modify the shortcuts.  Other answers on this forum appear not applicable to Charge 4.  Can someone explain how to add custom exercises and edit the exercise list on the Fitbit Dashboard for a Versa 4?  Thank you.
