Thought this Topic was very important as we all are here essentially to get and/or stay fit. We use the fit bit to track our progress and for some its gives a motivation to keep on stepping!! lol. Whats also so very important is when it comes to our bodies, we must Cleanse and Replenish the body as you would do with your vehicle with a Oil change/Tune up, and/or Computer by doing a Computer Clean and Virus Scan. The Results in all 3 examples are Better Performance all around!!!!
There are several ways to cleanse and replenish the body (I am apart of an amazing Cellular Cleansing program if you would like more info you can contact me directly). What I would like to know is how many of you are Cleansing and hows your experience with it.

Why did we have to stop putting lead in our petrol if our bodies are so good at removing toxins?

Well, chemie I don't know. Lead was used as an antiknock additive, maybe the engine developers came up with a better engine. Do you have evidence that the lead in the fuel was released into the atmosphere? Chemie, you are going to do what you are going to do, so go cleanse, detoxify youself, chelate, fast to your hearts content. All I know I lived for 17 years with cars running on leaded fuel, I have my labs checked every 6 months and all my organs are functioning fine and I just turned 69. Have a great life!
