For example, I want my fitbit to constantly vibrate if I go below (not above) the fat burn zone when working out.
I know you can set your fitbit to vibrate once, twice or thrice for the different heart rate zones. But this is not what I am after. Sometimes I forget after it vibrated to get back to at least the fat burn zone.
By getting my fitbit to constantly vibrate when working out to stay in at least the fat burn zone, I will be constantly nagged and won't forget to increase my workout intensity to get back to at least the fat burn zone.
