Daily Sweat: Get it Done!

Hello all,

 

In a past online life, I belonged to a community where we daily were encouraged to post our daily activity. No rules about how detailed or general your post. Please simply share what you did to move you body good.

 

For me, reading routines and activites provided ideas to try and motivation to reach for my goals. Plus I enjoyed seeing how many times in a week I shared. It was a visual record with the bonus of public accountability.

I'll bite!  Today, I did 30 min walking for over 4,000 steps then 30 min of yoga.  Tomorrow, I will buy my first ever tennis racket and learn to play tennis at 57 years young.  I spent the rest of the day cleaning the entire travel trailer for a weekend trip.  It has been sitting for several years, so it's been a chore. 

 

Food is fuel, not friends.

Morning I started my day 6-00am walking  6039 steps 3.79km  its was a very lovely morning and  .Beening greatful that i woke up happy and health .Have yourself a wonderful day .Helen
