@dotnetcowboy 4L is 135 ounces. On a good day, as it's winter here, I will drink maybe 70 ounces at most. Now when summer gets here, I would think that would increase.

I buy the 16.9 oz bottles by the case so I will drink 4-5 of them a day, they say try to drink at least half your body weight but that seems a lot to me but I will try to stay as hydrated as possible. The weather is getting warmer now, thank God it's the first day of Spring, I hope to get in more.

I drink 6 16oz glasses of water everyday, along with herbal tea with my meals. I understand that when you are losing fat you are also releasing toxins that are stored in your fat cells, so it is important to drink lots to flush them out of your system.

I try to get in 4 32oz bottles of water a day although I sometimes dont get that far. If I know I am not going to get that far, I try to at least get three in.

8-10 litres a day 🙂 that is my normal thirst level, anything less than that and I feel ill and headachy. Doctor has checked me out for all sorts of things including diabetes and has concluded that I just need way more than the average fluids. I don't mind really, keeps my skin looking good (but I do find I wee a lot heehee!)
