Dallas metroplex people - fun 5k on June 20th!

Hi folks,

The Friends of Fair Park are holding their 4th annual 5k Urban Dash on June 20th. It includes various obstacles as well. This is my third year doing it. I have created a team called MyFitnessPals if you want to start the race as a group (I'm a power walker so I realize many of you would be way ahead of me 🙂 )

This is the 4th annual Fair Park 5K Urban Dash.  A 5K obstacle run with 13 obstacles...there is no mud, but plenty of FUN! This is a course suited for experienced runners as well as first timers. Fun for the whole family as well, climbing and of course running.
