Day 17 of my new 5 - 7 routine.

I slacked off on my walking for a few months and gained 20 pounds. Now I'm back on my 5 - 7 routine. Walk 5 - 7 miles a day and drink 5 - 7 bottles of water a day. Walking 5 miles is tough but drinking that much water takes planning. I need time to go to the bathroom multiple times. But, 17 days in a row. Going for at least 100 in a row.

@BamaDan : Yes, it does take planning!  As part of my planning for the big walks (>50K steps) I did shorter walks and weighed both myself and my Camelback backpack before and after the walk so I could see how much water I drank versus sweated out.  From that I realized I needed to drink at least a gallon of liquid for a 50K walk and still lost water weight.  Walking in 90+ degree days didn't help.  Keep up the planning, challenges like that take organization to be successful.
