Did the DC/VA/MD/PA wind storm give you extra floors?

I live near DC and, in addition to a lot of anxiety about trees falling on my house, the crazy wind and changing air pressure yesterday gave me 60+ extra floors on my Charge 2. Did anyone else get extra floors from this?

I live in DE and the storm gave me extra stair floors yesterday.

Wind can impact the number of stairs recorded. I'm not 100% sure how it works, but I have found my blow dryer can impact my stair count if pointed directly at my Fitbit, so it makes sense that if you were out in high winds your stair count may have been inflated.

yes- I am in PA- and I had way more floors than I actually climbed. Since it isn't a metric I care about, I get bummed sometimes its not more...

@HokieHoo Thank you.  That explains the 113 floors in one day.  I thought my Fitbit was malfunctioning.
