What kind of routine?
Walking, Jogging, Running, Weights, etc.?
Perhaps you don't need any other routine, as you have some mileage per day
recorded at from 18 miles/day to 56/day miles. I only ever do 26 miles in a marathon,
and may be only once or twice per year. Otherwise, it's just a 10km. or 10mi. run.
I should just congratulate you as a superior athlete.

I do a 50 minute walk every morning (roughly 5 k's), but lately I've been trying to jog a bit of the way. At first I could only jog a couple of hundred metres, but every day I've been increasing the jogging distance, and today I did just over a kilometre jogging. It probably doesn't sound like much, but to a person who hasn't jogged since they were a kid it's quite an achievment for me. I've also dusted off my old bike and did a 10k ride the other day with friends, and we're going to try to make that a weekly event.
