Does the force track exercise like INSANITY correctly?

I use beachbody workouts, Im in the last weeks of insanity , I use the force, it does not seem to track the high calorie burn you get with these workouts??  i relaize you can add activities , but there is nothing there  to add....  help any one??

The fitbit is not designed to track non walking activities. You need to log those in order to get an accurate number of calories. You could wear a heart rate monitor during those activities or google an estimation of calories burned. These articles might help:
