Did you mean:

Does this sound right to you?

This morning I walked my dog for 90 minutes (4.3 miles). I averaged abt a 20 min mile. My heart rate averaged 138 bpm.

When I was done, my stats (Blaze) say I burned 848 calories. That sounds high to me. Sure I was thrilled to see those numbers, but I'm trying to be honest here with myself LOL

Thanks for any input.

Also, I apologize if there is a better place for me to post something like this. Groups are somewhat new to me.

Is the 4.3 miles the reading on your fitbit or actual mileage?  I've found that if your stride length is incorrect that it can impact your calories burned.
