I absolutely love this Fitbit. Everyone has different ways to lose weight that works for them and I love to calorie count and workout. I have been using my Fitbit for a month now and I set my goal to lose 2lbs per week. When I follow my food and workout plan it actually works. I am actually losing 2.4lbs to 2.7lbs per week. I am wondering who else is having success with their Fitbit plan and how much are you losing?

I've been working on a 2lb/week for almost a year and doing pretty close to that overall. So, it's working for me.

I lost most of my weight before I got my buddy, but it helped me get the last bits off and helps me keep it off. I also really enjoy the social aspect of it. All in all, best investment I ever made.

I work the same way you do: I'm very competitive, so keeping the exercise goals met is crucial for me.
Logging calories is a chore, but doing it faithfully is the only way I've ever succeeded in losing weight. I've dropped 7 pounds since January 1 and I feel much better.
