Hi everyone! Here, share photos of your dogs! I know my dog always gets me moving, she really gave me motivation to go on walks at least once a day with her. Now I go out a lot more. What about you? Share you and your dog's story here.

Hi @Flo-Rose This is a nice idea and I hope you get some photos and stories. I don't have a dog so can't add much, and my cats don't want to come with me!

Walter, my dog has appeared a few times already on this site, but I'm always delighted to show him off again.  I'm a walker rather than a runner (Walter does both) and I do quite a lot of steps, although Walter does at least four times as many.  Here he is, poised for action on a morning walk about a month ago.  He's recently turned nine years old, but remains highly active.
