Welcome to Omaha!  I spent some time there courtesy of the Air Force back in the 70's, and loved the town and the people! I recently went back there for a visit, and was impressed with the improvements to the downtown area, including the many walking & biking trails. The Zoo also provides lots of walking opportunities.  If you haven't already done so, go to their Visit Omaha Website to find all the walking & biking trails.  Also, go across the river to Council Bluffs and visit the Iowa Riverfront Trail.
