My goodness 17,000 plus in the morning!!
I think I represent the moderate crowd.
Here's my breakfast focusing on nutrition (local baked whole grain bread, Omega 3 egg, etc.) then burn some of it off simply being active. The steps represent my 3/4 mile dog walk and we do this every day after breakfast. I save most of my activity for the evening and end every day with a 5-10 minute stretch on my balance ball which relaxes me for bedtime. This is my personal succesful daily routine.
It's a shame these 2 timelines don't run in the same direction (and scaled the same) because they'd perfectly show my philosophy. These 2 apps combined still do the best job capturing my Food and Activity with practically Zero time-consuming effort on my part.
