Fat burner?

ANSWERED

I have lost about 40 pounds but cannot seem to lose these last 5 pounds. I work out about every day doing cardio and just started on lifting. I even increased my running speed. I know the majority of the fat I have left is my stomach, but I really need some help. Is anyone taking those fat burner supplements? If so, do they work?

Accepted Solutions

I don't like them, because they're not a long-term solution. Let's say you find one, and it works on that last 5 pounds. How are you going to sustain it? You'd need to eat less to keep those 5 pounds from coming back, so I think diet would be a better choice.

I think lifting weights is going to melt those last 5 pounds soon, and it will raise your metabolism to help keep it off.

Best of luck. And congrats on those 40 pounds!
